The main job of the moderator, no matter his particular style of moderating is to create the Game Environment and then, based on the actions of PC's and NPC's determine what the actual Game Reality is, time and time again:

  • What actions are successful and what are not? Why?
  • What reactions follow, what are the IC consequences?
  • What changes are affected on the Game Environment and how does that show itself?
